A few things to know:

  • Our wines like air. Don’t hesitate to open them an hour in advance, or use a decanter, or drink them over a day or two.

  • The wax we used on the top of our bottles is 100% organic beeswax from Christoph’s village in Württemberg and is therefore compostable.

  • The labels are designed by Simon Roy, who is not only very talented, but doubled as a harvest intern for the past two vintages.
