Designation of Origin: Deutscher Landwein Main

Vintage: 2024

Alcohol: 11%

Grape(s): 35% Bacchus, 25% Johanniter, 25% Müller-Thurgau, 15% Muscaris

Vinification: The Muscaris and a part of the Bacchus were fermented on the skins without stems for five days. The rest of the Bacchus, Johanniter and Müller-Thurgau were foot-stomped and pressed a few hours later.

Aging: Since this was a very small vintage, most of this wine was aged in used 500L barrels, except a part of the Müller-Thurgau which was in stainless (about 15% of the total wine quantity).

Bottled: 14 of August 2025

Soil type: Gipskeuper

Age of vines: Muscaris and was planted in 2009, Johanniter in 2005 and the Müller-Thurgau is from two plots planted in 1972 & 2007. Bacchus vineyards were planted in 2003 and 2006.

Sulfur: All of our wines had a microdose of sulfur pre-bottling, and analyses came back under 20mg total.

A note about the name: For farmers probably 9pm, but you can decide for yourselves.
