Aging: Aged in 500L and 225L used barrels

Soil type: Gneiss and mica schist + a higher proportion of limestone

Age of vines: Planted in 1998

Sulfur: 20mg at bottling

A note about the name: Someone tried translating the French expression “panique à bord” quite literally and this was the result.
