A note about the bio certification: all the wines we have made in Franken since 2021 have been made with organically certified grapes (except Newstalgia in conversion). However, we only certified Wein Goutte as a company in 2023, which is why the leaf logo and the bio wine denomination has been only legal for us to use from vintage 2023 on. Certification number DE-ÖKO-006.
